Today was another busy day here. After an early breakfast, everyone met at the clinic and left for their jobs. One group went up to a preschool nearby and helped the women out in town by making corn tortillas for the children's meals for the day, They also weighed the children and measured their height. Another group stayed back at the clinic to finish up the shelves that were started on Wednesday. After a long day of work, the group was able to complete two large sets of shelves and almost finish the third. The third group went up to the construction site, where they helped sift sand, move cement blocks, help build a latrine, and enjoyed lunch with some local children. The last group went around to some houses and installed one fuel efficient wood-burning stove and dropped off two more for later installment. Today was a long day of work and we're looking forward to what we can do next!
